IMPORTANT: These TWINT Payment Terms supplement our main Terms of Service. When using TWINT as your payment method, you agree to these additional requirements.

1. Overview

TWINT is a leading instant payment mobile app used in Switzerland. Gezana accepts TWINT payments through Stripe Payments Services. Your use of TWINT for payments is governed by both these terms and the Stripe Services Agreement.

2. Service Provision & Timing

When you make a payment via TWINT for Gezana VoIP services, your account will be activated immediately upon successful payment processing. You will not experience any delays in service provision.

7. Refunds & Credit Reversals

When a refund is approved, the funds will typically be returned to your TWINT account within 3-5 business days. Processing time depends on your bank and Stripe's transaction settlement schedule.
